A patch test is required at least 24 hours for all new clients, this is to ensure clients don't have any reaction and/or irritation.

Allow for a few bonds to start falling out between 1-3 months

Cancellation policy:

We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, if we are not notified within that time-frame we are entitled to take full payment of the services booked.
